Fuel for the fire is provided. information is provided at the property if you require more fuel, please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older, please note, the rooms in this property are accessed by stairs, which may make it unsuitable for those with reduced mobility, a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. please advice the property if you are bringing dogs, dogs are always welcome by prior arrangement, i just ask they are not on the leather furniture. also that they do not go upstairs or that they are on the beds. i will put a stairgate in place to help with this. if your dog sleeps in the bedroom with you then i'm sorry but this isn't the rental for you. i have to consider other guest who do not have dogs.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Positive: Our host, Anne, was an absolute delight. There was a small issue with the booking that was outside Anne's control but she worked wonders to ensure our trip was flawless. She wanted to do more for us, and despite our protestations, she did go out of her way for us. We couldn't have hoped for a nicer host. The location of the cottage is superb. Lovely views over the bay, an easy walk to the town and a wonderful restaurant (Harbour House, where we ate twice) only a few minutes walk away. Could not have hoped for a better trip. We are hoping to go back in February.
Negative: We only booked for two days, but in reality, we should have booked for a third night.
